Standard Foot Shape
For narrow feet with a normal instep height, simply choose the size you normally wear for everyday shoes.
After trying them on, ensure there is a 5–10mm gap between your toes and the front of the shoe to prevent your toes from hitting the steel toe cap while walking.

Wide or Fleshy Feet
Prioritize safety shoe models labeled with a "wide last" and select a size half a step larger than your usual size.
Avoid standard models with narrow lasts to prevent blisters caused by prolonged compression on the sides of the feet, which could negatively affect your work experience.

High Instep or Flat Feet
Select a size one full step larger than your usual size to allow sufficient clearance for the instep.
Prioritize styles with adjustable uppers and well-padded tongues to avoid pain caused by pressure on the instep while walking.

Extra-Wide or Exceptionally Fleshy Feet
Use the fit formula: Foot Length (mm) + 10 × (Foot Shape Value - 2.5) to calculate the appropriate internal shoe length.
Prioritize safety shoes with a wide last rating of 2E or higher; avoid forcing your feet into standard models, as this can cause the protective components to shift out of position.
