Protective Toe Cap
Features a built-in toe cap made of steel, aluminum alloy, or fiberglass-reinforced RPU resin composite. Compliant with the GB 21148-2020 standard, it withstands impacts of 200J and compression forces of 15kN, protecting toes from injury caused by falling heavy objects.

Upper and Lining
Uppers are typically made from embossed cowhide or abrasion-resistant synthetic materials, with some featuring waterproof or spark-resistant coatings. Linings utilize breathable mesh; certain models incorporate cut-out ventilation channels to enhance airflow and reduce heat and stuffiness.

Multi-layered Sole Structure
Comprises three layers: outsole, midsole, and puncture-resistant layer. The outsole uses rubber or PU with anti-slip tread patterns to improve traction on wet, slippery, or oily surfaces. The midsole employs shock-absorbing materials like EVA to alleviate fatigue from prolonged standing. A steel plate or composite puncture-resistant insert is embedded within to withstand penetration by sharp objects with a force of ≥1100N.

Auxiliary Functional Features
Selected models integrate specialized anti-static or insulating soles, arch support structures, and bellows-style breathable tongues, balancing the protective needs of specialized work environments with long-term wearing comfort.
