Cleaning Methods for Cotton Workwear
Water Temperature Control: Keep the water temperature below 30°C to prevent high heat from causing cotton fibers to age and stiffen.
Detergent Selection: Standard laundry powder or soap is sufficient; avoid highly alkaline products containing fluorescent whitening agents.
Washing Tips: Machine washing is acceptable, but the gentle cycle is recommended. Pre-treat heavy oil stains. When drying, hang the garment inside out; avoid clipping the collar and allow it to air-dry naturally.
Precautions: Avoid prolonged high-temperature tumble drying to prevent fiber shrinkage or matting. If light-colored garments yellow, boiling them for 20–30 minutes with a small amount of dish soap can restore their whiteness.

Washing Tips: If hand-washing, rub gently. For machine washing, use a specialized stainless-steel cleanroom washing machine. Inspect for damage and fasten all closures before washing; a compliant anti-static agent may be added during the rinsing stage.
Precautions: Do not wash too frequently; once a week is sufficient for standard environments. After washing, the garment can be tumble-dried at 150°C for over 4 minutes. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area and avoid scratching the conductive filaments.
