Core Production Workflow
Material Preparation
The upper is made from top-grain cowhide (thickness ≥1.8mm) or cut-resistant Kevlar fiber, incorporating an internal steel toe cap capable of withstanding an impact force of ≥200J. The sole utilizes polyurethane (PU) or wear-resistant rubber with an anti-slip tread depth of ≥2.5mm. The puncture-resistant midsole employs a stainless steel plate ≥1.2mm thick, capable of withstanding a puncture force of ≥1100N.
Cutting and Stitching
Laser cutting tolerances are controlled within ±0.5mm, and the steel toe cap is embedded within the toe section's interlayer. High-strength nylon thread (with a tensile strength of ≥50N per stitch) is used for assembly; high-stress areas-such as the toe and edge bindings-undergo double-stitching reinforcement to prevent issues like skipped stitches or loose loops.
